There will be a minimal administration for both the HR / personnel department managers and the people who will evaluate managers. In cases where the 360 Feedback is run parallell with the employee survey, you can complete the questionnaire with leadership issues compiled in four dimensions - inspire, collaborate, set goals and pursue.
