Follow up survey
In Zondera's system, there is an optional opportunity for managers to follow up the results from the latest survey. This creates flexibility for the individual manager to measure the effect of the action plan and the activities the team decided together.
Work together
Jointly with the team, the manager selects which issues the follow-up study should include, as well as when it shall be implemented. You can report directly in Zonderas system, which also provides the ability to compare against previous measurements.
