Get insight into trends and people's attitudes by creating your own surveys on the web. Our application is an excellent tool for immediate collection of opinions of visitors, members and customers. No software installation is necessary and you can decide the duration of your subscription of the service.

Web-based surveys

To create web-based surveys is very easy with ZonderaCom's application. You have the possibility to create and administer the survey yourself. Insert a link to the survey on your web page or intra net. The results are collected in real time as the participants reply on the questionnaire. A graph on your administration page shows the frequency of the respondents.

This is how it works!

1) Start by creating a new survey from your administration page.



2) Formulate the questions and alternatives of choices desired for the survey.

3) Insert these questions by using the tool from ZonderaCom. We would be glad to assist you in this.

4) Decide where on the web you would like to put a link to the questionnaire: on your web page, intra net or extra net. Insert the generated link from your administration page on the desired page.

5) When visitors decide to reply on your questions, the questionnaire opens in a pop-up window. When the visitor has replied on the questionnaire, it sends gets sent back to the administrator and can be handled instantly.

6) The results are displayed in real time in a frequency chart and with the number of positive replies per question. Features for data export facilitate further external analysis.

Access from the Internet

All services are provided in the ASP (Application Service Provider) format, which allows you and your employees get access them over the Internet.

Do-it-yourself concept

You can design and administer your surveys yourself according to the needs; Specify the questions, the alternatives of choices, categories, the number of repetitions for the survey in a certain time interval and the respondents. Except from the results that all participants can take part of, it is possible for the administrator of the survey to carry through a deeper analysis.
