The HR field is nowadays experiencing an increasing demand for measurement and statistics - here is the tool that will help you! Using this tool you will be able to continuously measure, develop and follow up the "soft questions".

To measure the engagement of the employees, their well-being and their opinions in different questions is more and more an obvious part in the work for keeping the organization's attraction.
How it works

- 1. A project leader from ZonderaCom proposes, together with you, a project plan and makes it have the support of the leadership and the employees.
- 2. The survey design is being made in collaboration with you and, if you wish, it's possible to use questions already used in earlier surveys or use one of our models for employee satisfaction surveys. ZonderaCom sets up the survey for use in the Internet application.
- 3. Organizational structure, groups for measurement and who the participants will be is decided. ZonderaCom inserts this structure and the participants into the Internet application.
- 4. A decision is made about when to start the survey and its duration. A common duration is two weeks.
- 5. Inform the participants about the employee satisfaction survey by sending an e-mail.

- 6. ZonderaCom initiates the survey by sending an e-mail with instructions and a link to the survey.
- 7. The participants fill out the survey by clicking on the link and typing in a password.
- 8. The percentage of answers is controlled continuously through the web browser. ZonderaCom sends two reminders to those who haven't replied.
- 9. As employer you can see the results in your web browser right after the conclusion of the survey. As an option, it is possible to let the employees take part of both the percentage of answers and the results.
- 10. ZonderaCom would be glad to help you with analyzing the results and presenting the outcome in a written report. This report includes a conclusion of the results, presentation of graphs and deeper analyses of chosen areas of interest. ZonderaCom presents the report orally for the management and the employees.
