ZonderaCom AB was founded in 1998 and can help your organization improve its effectiveness through our services. We perform Employee Satisfaction Surveys and Customer Satisfaction Surveys. Our consultants then participate in your organizational development process using the outcome from the surveys to improve your organization. We are located centrally in Stockholm.

The process with creating the survey should be handled in a fast and effective manner to be topical and correct - especially when performing several surveys per year. We use the Internet.

Consulting services

Our consultants can help you with defining the purpose and aim, designing the survey and carrying it through. The material gets analysed and presented in a report with conclusions and recommendations for measures. Each department can subsequently proceed with continuous surveys.

Internet services

We carry through the surveys using our Internet services. Statistics are presented directly in the web browser. The results can also be made available to respondents and other interested parties. You can also export data into Excel.

Organizational development

With the employee satisfaction survey as a starting point, a present situation is established. We then participate in your work towards your desired level. The organizational consultants from ZonderaCom facilitate the development on both group and individual level.
