Zondera was founded in 1998 with a goal to help companies and organization in both the private and the public sector to develop and improve its effectiveness. Our employees are experienced in behavioral science, organizational development and statistics. We perform both large and small surveys of different kind like Employee Satisfaction Surveys and Customer Satisfaction Surveys. We use different qualitative and quantitative methods like deep interviews, paper questionnaires, phone interviews, focus groups and questionnaires on the web. We perform about 200 surveys per year. Our office is situated In Stockholm and our customers are from all over Sweden.
