Vattenfall sales Nordic countries
Zonderacom has been working with Vattenfall sales since 2003, carrying out regularly repeated customer and employee satisfaction surveys. The employee surveys cover all employees in the nordic countries and is carried out in several languages.
Nilson Group AB carries out regularly repeated employee satisfaction surveys. All employees in storefront sales receive a personal link from the store manager which allows them to use any computer to answer the survey. Personal links are sent out via email to personnel at the main offices. An Employee satisfaction index is calculated for the whole company, per business unit, region and store.
Upplands Väsby municipality
For Upplands Väsby municipality, the surveys are part of a management system and are used to follow up on goals and strategies in the continuous change efforts. ZonderaCom works with them with project leadership and support throughout the whole process of a all-covering municipality employee satisfaction survey. The support, apart from the survey, also entails support in the internal communication and support-building process. Apart from the above, ZonderaCom functions as a support in the task of giving feedback after each concluded survey. Upplands Väsby municipality has about 2200 employees.
Riksgälden
Riksgälden did carry out an employee satisfaction survey in 2007 for all their 150 employees. After the performed survey, ZonderaCom helped them with feedback to all manager groups. Each manager received a report of the results, a matrix analysing which questions to focus on, and a presentation of the result of their group. In addition, each manager received a personal discussion of the material and coaching about how to take the next step with their results.
Sveriges Radio
Sveriges Radio did in 2007 carry out an employee satisfaction survey together with Zonderacom. The result was presented with the board of directors. Then, each manager received a "feedback package" that facilitated their presentations of the results they would carry out together with their respective teams. The survey covered circa 2000 employees.
