The customers of Zondera are equally divided between private and public sector. Our customer base consists of more than 150 000 employees in over 250 organisations. We implement annually 200 surveys with different quantitative and qualitative methods like web surveys, paper based surveys, deep interviews, telephone interviews, focus groups and 360 evaluations.

Our customers are found all over Sweden as well as outside Sweden. We do surveys in many different languages. Employee surveys and customer surveys can be combined to analyze interesting correlation between customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.
